We are working on behalf of this well-established organisation that requires a highly experienced Assistant HR Manager to work from their Kuwait office. You will be in Kuwait now and be a Kuwaiti national or from within the GCC, ideally. As Assistant HR Manager your role is to provide overall direction and strategic management of the HR function in line with the people strategy, policy and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring the HR strategy, vision, mission and standards are achieved. They need an Assistant HR Manager with the following: • Minimum HR diploma/degree; relevant postgraduate qualification preferable • 5 years HR generalist experience • Strong general business acumen / experience • Experience in a fast moving customer service orientated environment with a high degree of change/changing needs • Call centre experience ideally within an HR capacity • Client service focus • Leadership skills • Project management skills • Consulting skills • Written and oral communication skills • Presentation skills • Good organisational ability Package will be no more that 1500KD and this is an immediate start. m2r is working on behalf of this organisation (the Client) and acting as their CV filtering service.
